Hasegawa released a Hucks starter truck based on the Toyota GB way back around 1970. The truck was a very common presence on IJA airfields and so still has legs even today. It is not difficult to convert this kit to other configurations. This one is a rather basic conversion job, the bed has been replaced with grooved Evergreen sheet and a twin 13.1mm anti-aircraft gun from Shapeways was added to the bed. There are some other details such as bumpers and headlights to address, but all in all a rather straight-forward job. License plate decals are spares from the IBG truck kit.
