I’ve only seen these in pictures, old and no longer workable.

There is more surviving Japanese equipment than you’d at first think, but it is widely scattered in obscure places. It’s a thrill to stumble across when you do find something. In the background of the last picture is a Shinhoto Chi-Ha, I was able to get some interior pictures of that one.

Does anyone make a kit? Jim Bates was in Oregon for a show this weekend and the place had a number of Japanese arty pieces.

The Type 91 gun is kitted, Fine Molds has one in 1/35, Fujimi has one with their Japanese infantry set in 1/76. It is generally similar but the trail legs are combined in a squared off “Y” pattern.
