I’m impressed that you caught that, Jim! She was on exchange duty with the 4th in Afghanistan in 2014. https://news.navy.gov.au/en/May2014/People/1057/Navy-pilot-plays-key-role-in-Coalition-team.htm

That tracks then since in the US Army we wore our higher command patch on the left shoulder. Nice to read the article about her deployment.
