It was an attractive aircraft … but reportedly a real handful to fly.

Smooth aerodynamic lines, a real handful to fly . . . . sounds like my wife when I met her almost 40 years ago. 😉 😉
Thank you for making the sacrifice to the modeling gods for us Jeff, as I’ve thought of building one of these, but just haven’t gotten up the nerve,.
The photos for cushions thing kills me. I wish I could do that.

LOL Warren! I think the Dora Wings version will be a lot easier, may have to build one of those too. I feel like I’m cheating with the printer thing.

It’s no more cheating than using Yahu instrument panels, p/e, or even decals.
Many years ago I made a remark about something aftermarket that came out, and I felt it might be cheating, and a very accomplished modeler from behind the form Iron Curtain reminded me he had to paint all of his markings back in the day, and he thought decals were cheating. He made a very good point IMHO.

I agree, the goal is to make a good looking model.

Jeff, the cushions are a brilliant idea! 🙂 I’ve always liked the lines and look of this aircraft!

Fell free to steal it, I’ve also found it useful for instrument panels. Not as good as the Yahu panels, but they look good with the canopy closed!

Nice looking aircraft- I’m sure you’ll do it justice.
Cheers,
Pete.
