Hey Jeff what is Nitenol?

Nitenol is an alloy of Nichol and Titanium. It is very flexible, and doesn’t bend or kink which means if you anchor it properly it won’t be damaged it you bump it. I use 0.005″ or 0.004″ sizes for antennas. You can get it at Amazon.

ooh great that sounds good. i use plastic from washing up brushes – but its really a bit thick for 1/72 scale. thanks for the tip!

Nice job! I am just building my first proper attempt at armor in about three decades and in 1:72 scale to boot, so builds like yours are really motivating!
